weadapt studios, index of studios
The studios we build.
WeAdapt Studios is the creative AI studio that builds these systems, in Claude Code or Codex. Read as five chapters: each one a separate production line with its own checks, its own output and its own refusals. They share one split, technique in the system and brand in a layer you swap.

Chapter 01 Organic social
Social Media Studio
One idea goes in. What comes back is a post with a place in the week, a hook, a caption, slides if it needs them, and a pass against hard rules before anybody sees it.
The week is not a mood board. Every week has to cover the top, the middle and the bottom of the funnel, so a good topic mix is not enough to pass. Carousels are written first and rendered second, with a human checkpoint in between, because copy that is already inside a picture cannot be edited.
One idea becomes a post that is planned, written and checked.
Chapter 02 Performance ads
Ad Creative Studio
A month of performance creative, built as a production line. Planning reads the performance data and the winners library, picks a template with a text budget, and writes copy per language. Then a person says yes or no to the concepts, before a single image exists.
One base image is generated per concept. The text goes over it deterministically, per language, instead of being generated again in each market. Cheaper, and the type is pixel-perfect every time. After production, a second check: the assets themselves.
One base image becomes an ad in every language, with the type set right.
Chapter 03 Email campaigns
Email Creative Studio
Monthly campaigns, from briefing to a send-ready mail per market. Copy comes first for the whole batch, written native per language rather than translated, because translated email copy reads like translated email copy.
The layout is assembled from a locked block library. The preview you approve is a screenshot of the real production HTML, not a design file, so what you sign off is exactly what lands in the inbox. The system stages a draft in the ESP and stops. Sending is a human act.
What you approve is a screenshot of the real email.
Chapter 04 Image and motion
AI Photo & Video Studio
Product, model and interior photography, and short clips, from text and reference images. The unit of work is not a prompt. It is a style template: lens, light, material, background, composition, written once and reused.
The subject is passed in separately. That split is why forty images look like one shoot, and it is the part a chat prompt cannot hold. Reference sheets keep a product consistent from every side. Character sheets keep a model the same person across a campaign.
One style template, any subject.

Chapter 05 UGC video
UGC Studio
Talking head video without booking a creator. A script comes off your own product facts and claims, a face and a voice are chosen once, and every placement gets its own cut from the same take.
The face is the part that stays fixed. Change the hook and you get another cut of the same person saying something else, which is what makes a campaign read as one voice instead of five freelancers. Captions are burned in, because most of it is watched with the sound off.
One script becomes a talking head video that looks shot on a phone.
weadapt studios, four studios, read in one sitting. Set in Basis Grotesque. Every image on this site came out of the studio named beside it. No client is named and no performance figure is claimed.
