What we collect, and why
The contact form
The form asks for your first name, last name, company name, email address, which studio you are asking about, and what you publish every month. It also records which page you sent it from and the time you sent it, so a reply can pick up where you left off.
We use those details for one thing: to answer you and, if it goes that way, to work out a quote. The lawful basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not enrich, profile or sell what you send.
Server logs
The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard access logs. Those contain an IP address, the page requested, and the browser's user agent. They exist to keep the site running and to see abuse, which is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use them to identify visitors.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site places no cookies, writes nothing to local or session storage, and loads no analytics, advertising pixels or social trackers. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so opening a page does not hand your IP address to a third party.
That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. A consent banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device; this one does neither. If that ever changes, the tracking will wait for your consent before it loads, and this page will say so first.
Who else sees the data
Two processors handle it on our instructions, under a processing agreement:
- Vercel hosts the site and produces the server logs described above.
- n8n Cloud receives the contact form submission and routes it to the mailbox that answers it.
Where a processor stores or accesses data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer runs on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not share your details with anyone else, and no one buys them from us.
How long it is kept
Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. If the conversation turns into work, the details move into the client record and follow the retention that applies to it, including the seven years Dutch tax law requires for administration. Server logs are kept for the short period Vercel retains them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Mail robin@weadapt.co and a person answers; we do not ask for more identification than we need to be sure it is you.
If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Images on this site
Every image and clip on this site was generated by the studios we build. The people in them are not real people: no model was photographed, and no likeness is of an identifiable person. That is stated here because it is the honest description of what you are looking at, and because the EU AI Act asks for synthetic media to be disclosed as synthetic.
Changes
When this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions; if you need one, ask.
